Dr. Marilyn Shepherd of McPherson & Jacobson, L.L.C., will hold two community meetings to gather input which will be shared with the GVUSD Board of Trustees regarding the qualities of the next Superintendent. The meeting dates are August 22, 2018 at Ranchos Middle School and August 30, 2018 at Sierra View Elementary School. Both meetings will be held in each school's multi-purpose room and will begin at 6:30 p.m. Please plan to attend.

The Golden Valley Unified School District Board of Trustees has selected McPherson & Jacobson, L.L.C., Executive Recruitment and Development to assist them in the important task of selecting superintendent candidates for the board to interview. In the coming weeks, Webster's 3rd-6th grade students will be taking the very rigorous math and language arts state assessments. 4th graders will take the ELA performance task on Monday, April 23rd and 5th graders on Wednesday, April 25th.

Please join Superintendent Alvarado for a community-wide meeting in the Sierra View Elementary MPR on January 22, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. Mr. Alvarado will be providing an update on Riverstone and GVUSD school site capacity planning.
