Good morning. I wanted to send a reminder about what to do when your child doesn’t come to school. When your child is absent, please follow these procedures. A child's absence may be cleared by either calling our attendance line at 645-3540, or a note signed by a parent or guardian stating the following: 

• Respond to Parent Square messages
• Date note written 
• Student's first and last name 
• Specific reason for absence 
• Date of absence 
• Parent Signature 

Make sure that all notes are given to Brandy Rocha in the office. Please note that all absences with no message stating why the student is out is considered unexcused after 3 days.
