Hello Webster Families!  

The Aeries data confirmation window will be open from July 31st 2026 through August 14th 2026. If you have not already done so, please log in to your Aeries parent account to confirm information such as medical, contact, demographics, and authorizations. It is crucial that we have updated student information in order to assure the safety and well-being of your child while in our care.  Webster does not need any forms printed out and turned in to us.  That is necessary for Ranchos Middle School and Liberty High School.   

Failure to complete the data confirmation process will result in your student's inability to engage in activities like field trips, ASB purchases, library book checkout, dances, and other extracurricular activities.
 
If you do not remember your Aeries Portal account information please visit the forgot my password link and use the email address that you registered with the school during your initial registration: Forgot my Password If you are unsure please contact the school registrar.
 
 
How do I create a Parent Account? Parent Accounts are created when you provide the registrar with an email address.  If you need your child’s student id number and verification passcode, please reach out to the office at (559)645-3540.
Can both parents have a Portal account? Yes! You may have multiple people access your students information, grades, schedule, etc. 
I don't see all of my students, How do I add students to my account? Please contact the school registrar, they will need an email address to add to your students contacts to add your student to your account.


The first day of school is August 13, 2026.  Back to School Night is scheduled for Wednesday, August 19, 2026.  More info to come!


*Your child's teacher information will be available in Aeries next week.  We will send out a Parent Square message when we have an exact day and time to check Aeries.
